Future plans: Masters in ecology and conservarion and go into saving wildlife
What I can help most with: I aim to help ease worries about achievement in the second year, I know I was suuuuuper nervous going into it so I think I have some words of advice. I can also helps with planning of next steps!
I am also always happy to help look over work as a second pair of eyes before hand in, which can always be really useful.
Modules I did: DDT, EDS, Advanced cells, Advanced microbiology, Medical genetics, molecular biology of the gene.
Fourth year, BSc Medical Sciences with placement year
Fun Fact: I was part of 5 different societies in my 2nd year (very fun but very hectic!)
Fave module so far: Immunopathology because of how in-depth the subject material was and how it linked to other modules such as DDT.
Future plans: I hope to work in a laboratory and specialise in immunopathology or histopathology. I am keeping my options open and I am possibly considering a career in science communications or teaching!
What I can help most with: I have just finished a PTY at the RILD and would be happy to be a guide through the PTY application process. I can also help with worries about workload in 2nd year.

What I can help most with: good scientific academic practice, statistics (OriginPro) and communitcation and presentations skills

Fun Fact: Lived in Canada for 10 months in my year out post A levels
Fave module so far: Advanced Microbiology, really enjoyed the structure of this module and I also have a particular interest in nutrition so really enjoyed the sections covering the gut microbiome
Future plans: hope to go on to study medicine
What I can help most with: As someone that loves to be as busy as possible, I hope that I can help most with time management, but I am always up for a chat about anything!
